What happened to Carta Valley?

A few years ago I hunted the Carta Valley ranch. Since then it has been sold and I am wondering if the new owner has changed its name and is it still in hunting operation? Also if Mr. Kusch (the previous owner) has started a different ranch where is it? But to rank it when we went it was a good ranch. And Mr. Kusch tried hard to get you on the animals.
Any help would be appreciated.

I know that this is a VERY OLD post but I am wondering if he has set up another ranch anywhere?
