Mike, I was not going to be able to make it this year and neither was Clent so we cancelled team pollo asado this year. I just found out yesterday that the work gods changed my schedule and I will be able to make it....
Still not going to have team pollo asado due to the late findings of my schedule and the fact that I am in Mexico working, I am up for helping with some donation's on the meat or whatever you need.... Let me know!!!!
Also, you gonna have dust for sale this year????

Sounds like a plan. Can our team get much more laid back? Are you bringing the pit or are we using something else to keep it warm?

I'm bringing the pit to warm them up, also will prolly have a skillet on the fire box to cook some tacos for breakfast. What I have in mind is cutting them up earlier than we did last year and seasoning them, then serving them as chopped beef on a bun for munchies,, I'll have a couple of roasters to keep it warm...
Also, I'll be bringing about 100 Dusts, maybe more..........

That sounds good. If you have room on the pit, I may wait until Saturday to make my banana pudding.

Someone tell him about "Dusts"
Barnacle dust is kinda like magic dust. A seasoning to put on just about anything. Probably make a 2X4 taste good!!;)
It's a "gotta have" thing you never ever want to miss.

Following along. Mindy and I are looking forward to it. I will plan on bringing my two small folding plastic tables and the brisket sign. Keep us informed if there's anything else needed.
