You might post this question on the Around the campfire forum. There are a lot of guys that have been and can recommend outfitters. Bowsite has a forum dedicated just to Africa.

Im going with Bushmen Safaris in August. They charge about $275/day plus trophy fees. they are a bowhunting only concession and only hunt the dark phase of the moon.

You might try Limcroma in Limpopo area of RSA, Hannes will work with you to provide just what you looking for. I think the Nuge and Ross Archery bunch has hunted with him, Tyge at Texasoutdoorsmans.com can tell you more about his operation.
