    The 401st District Court, Judge Rusch presiding. With regard to the terms "passed" and "announcement in Collin County they mean exactly how they are defined above....technically. Basically, attorneys can reset cases on 2 week to 30 day intervals 2-3 times, sometimes more if the situation warrants, before the case has to be set for something dispositive, i.e. a plea or a trial. If a cases is set for trial, which is likely with this particular charge, the trial is then set at some future date. Many times those trial dates are reset multiple times.

      I assume that it was one of his own kids, but I don't know for sure. He no longer lives with his wife and kids.

        Could possibly have involved the use of a weapon, but probably means that it was the age.
